Maurer Environmental has performed methamphetamine assessments and accumulated years of extensive experience in the assessment and evaluation of properties contaminated by the storage, use, and/or manufacturing operations involving methamphetamine (meth), marijuana growing operations, and other illicit drug manufacturing operations.  

 

Our professional services include the management and coordination with local administrating authorities to develop an approved Preliminary Site Assessment (PSA) sampling work plan and ends with the final verification of clean-up and provision of a “Clearance” assessment summary report.

 

Our comprehensive knowledge and experience in the field of methamphetamine assessment and clean-up technologies allows us to provide the highest level of professional services which include the following:

 

• Coordination with property owner

• Coordination with local County (CUPA) agency authority on behalf of property owner

• The preparation of Preliminary Site Assessment (sampling) Work Plans

• Performance of methamphetamine and precursor chemical residue sampling and assessment at the property

• Management of the analysis of collected samples by the designated third-party accredited laboratory

• Preparation of the Preliminary Site Assessment (PSA) Sampling Report with provision of site-specific clean-up recommendations

• Preparation and signature of mitigation work plan documents

• Contractor inspection and oversight during prescribed mitigative action, and

• Post Mitigation Clearance Assessment and provision of FINAL Clearance Report following the successful completion of prescribed mitigative activities.
